We only ask for what a booking actually needs. No account, no password, no documents uploaded here.

• Your name, phone number, and email address, entered at checkout.
• Your booking details: the vehicle, pickup branch, dates, and any add-ons you choose.
• Your location, entered at checkout (required). If you tap “Locate” and allow the browser prompt, your device's coordinates are used to fill it in and are attached to your booking so the pickup team can verify it.
• A payment reference from Razorpay after you pay (never your card, UPI, or bank details).

ID and driving-license verification happens in person at pickup; those documents are not collected or stored by this website.

• To reserve your vehicle and manage your booking with our rental operations system.
• To email you booking confirmations, sign-in codes, and refund updates.
• To contact you about your booking by phone or WhatsApp if something needs attention.

We do not send marketing emails, and we never sell your personal information to anyone.

All online payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway regulated in India.

Your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials go directly to Razorpay, they never touch our servers, and we never see them.

We store only the Razorpay order and payment reference IDs so we can confirm your booking and process refunds.

• A single secure, signed session cookie remembers which bookings belong to your browser so the confirmation and My Bookings pages work. It identifies your bookings, not you, and expires automatically.
• We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device type). It is cookieless — it sets no tracking cookies — and the data we see is aggregated and anonymous, and does not include your booking details.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. The site still works; you may just need to sign in again with your email to see your bookings.

Your information is shared only with the services that make your booking work:

• Razorpay, to process your payment and any refund.
• Our rental operations platform, to schedule and manage the vehicle you booked.
• Our email delivery provider, to send booking and sign-in emails.
• Vercel Web Analytics, for aggregated, cookieless site-usage statistics.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or a valid legal process.

Booking and payment records are retained as long as needed to operate the service and to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations in India.

Sign-in codes expire within minutes of being issued and are stored only in a protected, hashed form.

• All traffic to the site is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Session cookies are signed and inaccessible to scripts.
• Payment credentials are handled entirely by Razorpay.
• Access to booking data is limited to the team that operates the service.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is wrong or outdated.
• Delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Raise a grievance about how your information has been handled.

Email us from the address you booked with and ask for deletion. We will remove your personal information from our systems, keeping only what accounting and tax law requires us to retain, and confirm once it's done.
